Updates Of Complain Made

surprisingly today received email from Tony
well, i m juz simply tembak to cc this email to him by putting his full name+ AA as domain
and the email was sent to the correct person
looks like he is escalating this complain to the ppl under him
however, there is no email reply to the customer support which is in the To field
lets see how they response to this complain
the only thing i wan is dun wan to wait for 2 hours if any technical issue happen in the future again
