Fullest Week

Had a full week last week
Start from Monday have appointment v my PT (Personal Trainer) in Cal Fit
do the stretching machines
until both hands really feel the stretch

Tues as usual , after work , enjoyed the Futsal v bunch of colleagues

Wed again have appointment v my PT and again Anthony asked me do the stretching machines esp hands part =.="

Thurs enjoyed the lou sang org by little brother and me
a bunch of ppl really impressed by the fried sotong as apetizer
but the lou sang food are OK bcoz got the special oyster
At least , Hy Thian got special and nice apetizer

Fri rushed to Jalan Ampang Tai Thong after work
enjoying the KL- Putrajaya highway
its very very convenient and saw there is a camara along the highway

the 688 dinner set v the complimentary of 1 red wine..
one of the exclassmate finish the wine very fast
continue with 2nd and 3rd wine he brought
met Florence Ho who flied from SG to KL and view her visit to Niagara Fall nice photos...
meeting up ah huan and her bf..
ct, lai v, eliz, florence, ah huan and me were bz talking photos
honestly, the lou sang food in tai thong juz very normal dishes , still prefer the Hy Thian

Continue our yum cha session by heading to the 69 Bistro (behind BTS)
until 12 something , really beh tahan and went back

very sui thing is the pudu jail road was blocked
force to use the Pudu Raya road..
and had terrible jam there
stuck from 12:45am to 1 something
reach home by 2am and sleep by 3:30am

Sat begins my day when wake up 9am
and enjoyed our morning movie in GSC 1 U
meet up with eliz and kia min..
and surprisingly met Chiang Chuan there as well
Watching All Well Ends Well 2009
ehmmmmm not worth to watch it in cinema

Continue our journey by heading to Banting
spent 1 hour 30 mins to reach the new building of Public Bank
After picking up Suh Wuen, follow the instructions to the famous Begger Chicken
its located in sum ulu place..

the place does not looks like a restaurant..
the Begger Chicken cooked using herbal taste like herbal
heard their Begger Duck more yummy than Begger Chicken
the Fish they served also quite special.

Please bear in mind, b4 u go that place, the begger chicken and other dishes need to be reserved 2 days in advance.

Spent our evening by going to the Morik Beach (Pantai Morik)
this beach looks like the Tanjung in Muar
nothing special but quite relax after seeing the ocean

Continue the journey by reach the Dong Zen @ Jenjarom
this place really damn crowded
there was a vege dinner in the hall with some local artists performance
many lights and nice displayed thing
that place is really hot and humid
and spent 2 hours + to walk around
we left early (it closed at 10pm) and skipped the jam
that was really tiring day

Sun , received my PT, Anthony's sms mentioning that morning and Tues PT cancelled
ok ...
then continue enjoy the dream
until noon
met Eliz again and heading to Air Panas (Wangsa Maju)
but then due to too many ppl, we left the place and decided not going to Tian Hou Gong due to unforseen reason.

heading to the MV
spending tea time there
and getting a bag from E shop due to my current bag already broken
lepak around Gardens while waiting our 8:30pm movie
and watch the Red Cliff II in MV

well Red Cliff II is much more nicer then Red Cliff I and the AWEW2009
another exhausted day..

wanna monitor start from today...

lunch had mushroom chicken with the source (not recommended anything v source as per WL) >> too much of calories ><>>use the staircase from level 3 to ground floor to take drinks for both way

another good start of lunar new year...
found him unconscious after have a fresh start...
it gave me some warning earlier but i ignore it and didn't backup those photos and videos and even mp3 songs recently

get a pair of red wine glass from the Lucky Draw of RCC Annual Dinner 2008
this is the 1st time to get lucky draw gift after attending twice (RCC AD 2006 an DCC AD 2008)
although is not as big as the grand price - LG DVD Combo
but its just nice
(my aim was tat portable stove or slow cooker)

then recently chatting v a fren in Sametime
i tot he was just kidding when mentioned will bring me red wine
manatau today he really brought it for me
