从去年orientation时

说着一口美英式英语

这位LT会鼓励别人有空找对方谈谈

到昨天２次在Lobby进出时的joking

应该是少数LT(leadership team)会这样亲民

VVVIP Visit

我们的CEO终于会过来了

终于
可以目睹他的真人
之前有好几次经过他的办公室
都没有办法看到
在总公司看过他的魅力
在他现场直播的演讲
很多员工都会停下手中的工作
围在银幕前

有些人会觉得
哦又是他在讲
而我是觉得
他终于来了

至少他会尽量安排到处visit
在世界各地的分公司
这是一种很厉害激励员工的方式
每一次演讲都会到不同的国家和城市
至少你会觉得
他确实有心过来
也是他平易近人的作风
从高楼的办公室搬到底楼
让每位员工要到ｃａｆｅｔｅｒｉａ都会有机会见到他

工作也像头牛
第一份IT工
１２小时夜班时，还加了３小时OT
１５连续工作后
下班时还和朋友们“续摊”吃吃早餐，到处走走
换了环境
看着堆积４０张的HDｔｉｃｋｅｔ
最迟记录是十点半
不过
有机会和日本ｌｅａｄ　－Mikiko-san工作和受到她的肯定
真的真的很开心
我
好像还很workaholic :D

First day @ GSK House - the HQ of GlaxoSmithKline
this building is so big with 4 blocks connected each other
and its having a park inside the office together with few restaurants (indoor)
and there is also another park next to it

enjoyed the 2 days GSK Experience
and have a strong feeling to join in the community that always go to different country to do some charity or some community events
YES I LOVE Event
I wanted to do something to contribute a bit for certain group of ppl even certain country

through this 2 days Induction, we know more about the business of company, the vaccine, the R&D, the Over-The-Counter products , hows the vaccine (Malaria and so on) and medicals works and save ppl life and so on

This is the first time I learned about how ppl do the Orientation Day by providing so much of the company info and first time feel that, ok I also wanted to contribute something to the ppl

First time I can remember the company Mission : Do More, Feel Better, Live Longer

this was my last day in RCC IBM, Cyberjaya... I missed the place so much coz I hate JAM everyday

I received such a nice flower from new company

New Working Day Of The Year

Ppl said Chu 4 is a good day to start work for Chinese who is piggy
and I started the work with lots of surprised
works and things to be done are queuing up for me
now I need to be the passed 3 years+ Jocelyn Lai
who always stay back at least 1 hour to continue with the work or study on work
I m going to stay back and study at least 1 topic of the new release or new thing everyday
well, its a good time for me to do so since I don't have any dates recently
In order to get further experience in this field (so that I can achieve something I want) , I m gonna to do like this

*I used to be workholic last time
can stay up to 10.30PM
and some even joke with me, this is called no life
this is what I used to be*
